WIN A FREE iTOUCH!!!

Good Morning, Fellow Foodies!  I hope all is well with each of you!  In case you didn't know, FoodieGems.com is giving away a FREE 4th Generation iPod Touch 32GB!!!  Yes, you read that correctly!  So, I know what you all are thinking:  HOW?  I'm glad that you asked!

2.  Get in touch with all your friends and family and share the same link above.  Now, the kicker here is that in addition to giving them this link, you MUST GIVE THEM YOUR USERNAME on FoodieGems.  This is how we track you and give you credit for the signup.


And that is all you have to do!  Use any means to reach out to your friends and spread the word!  The more signups you get the better!  Use Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, email, text, skywriting, smoke signals, ESP, pictographs, ANYTHING!!!


The contest runs from October 1, 2011 to November 30, 2011.  We will post the Top Ten people with the most signups each week on our website!  Here are some additional rules you must know:

• Contest participants may not create multiple FoodieGems.com accounts in order to refer themselves.  Only one unique account (email address & username) per person.  FoodieGems.com will be tracking IP addresses to ensure users are not creating multiple accounts in order to boost their numbers.  Users caught creating false accounts will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (we have an attorney who is pretty bored these days).  Oh, and you will be disqualified from the contest.
• Contest participants must sign up through FoodieGems.com and the members they recruit must put the participant's USERNAME in the referral field.  FoodieGems is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any misspellings of the participant's username by the recruit.  So again, please make sure they spell it correctly.
• Contest winner must recruit a minimum of 50 FoodieGems.com members by 11:59PM EST on or before November 30, 2011 to qualify for the prize.  If by some freak chance no person reaches 50 signups by that time, we will extend the contest for an additional 30 days until the qualifications are met.
• Contest winner must be 18 years of age or older and must show proof of age prior to prize being issued.
• Contest winner must have a valid physical address when they sign up on FoodieGems.com (no PO Boxes).
• Contest updates will be posted on FoodieGems.com weekly.
