Cinnamons #Bakery and Cafe

Chef Loïc Duchesne is a pastry chef from the Anjou region of France who brings his expertise and joie de vivre to Austin as the owner of Cinnamons Bakery. He specializes in French Pastries, custom chocolates and uniquely flavored ice cream which he makes fresh in the bakery every day. The bakery is also well-known for its rich and delightful cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, kolaches, and other pastries. FoodieGems treasures this family-owned Gem.

Don’t forget to ask about the French Macarons.

Not to be confused with coconut macaroons, these delicate cookies are prepared in traditional French style, resulting in a crispy texture outside and chewy inside.

Our award winning cinnamon rolls is a customer favorite that has stood the test of time from the first day we opened! Or stop in for a freshly baked Sticky Bun mini pack.

The triple chocolate ganache cake is loaded with delicious chocolate from start to finish, this cake is great for any occasion!
